Kirby Heating & Cooling is a family-run business led by Tim and Jancie Kirby. Tim brings the technical expertise, diagnosing problems, completing repairs, and installing new systems. Jancie handles operations, scheduling, finances, and customer communication to make sure every interaction feels organized, clear, and respectful. Together, we built this business around honesty, fair pricing, and treating every home like it is our own.
